Take photos of the items or make a list of everything you want to sell. As a rule we do not buy furniture with active woodworm, obvious damp or mould, irreparable structural damage, or appliances beyond economical repair.

How we assess your items
We check whether the lot can realistically be resold second-hand. As a rule we do not proceed with furniture that has active woodworm, irreparable structural damage, obvious chronic damp or mould, or appliances that are beyond economical repair. Our offer may be revised or withdrawn after we see the goods in person.
You receive our offer
After review, we send a purchase offer. You can accept, decline, or ask questions—there is no commitment until you explicitly agree with us.
Collection, loading & payment
If you accept, we agree a date and time for our team to come, buy, and load the items. On site, the team confirms everything matches what was agreed and remains in an acceptable resale condition; payment is made there and then, in cash, after loading.
